All California Shutters products are custom crafted to your specifications. Once payment is received and production begins, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Warranty Coverage
We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. All products include a Lifetime Warranty covering any manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not extend to:
Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper installation
Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration from sunlight/environmental conditions
Accidents, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all measurements, specifications, and selections prior to production.
